HOW DID ABC'S SING YOUR FACE OFF BECOME ONE OF THE MOST TWEETED ABOUT SHOWS THIS SPRING?
For ABC’s show Sing Your Face Off our team stepped in to elevate the social media presence for its three week run. To start, we created branded banners on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for each individual on the show including celebrities Jon Lovitz, China Anne McClain, Debbie Gibson, and Sebastian Bach. This simple move immediately put the show’s info in front of millions of potential viewers on social media.
We then created hundreds of pieces of social content for the entire cast, including Tweets, Facebook Posts, and Instragram images. Some of them for the lead up to the premiere and others for real-time commentary. Each piece of content or copy included the hashtag #SingYourFaceOff so fans could follow and easily join the conversation.
During the show's three week run the hashtag #SingYourFaceOff had 13,000 mentions, with a potential reach of 113 million impressions. The show was also among the top 5 most tweeted-about shows on Nielsen’s Twitter TV Ratings each week it was on the air. By creating consistent messaging and real time content for these celebrities Sing Your Face Off was all over social media, making viewers and ABC very happy.
